Probably Atalanta did not deserve to lose with the only shot on goal immediately on Monday (1-0 with Inter), when however they became dangerous almost only on a corner. Previously the Dea had won 4 games in a row in Serie A (5-1 against Crotone and 4-2 against Napoli in the last at home), but in the middle they lost to Real Madrid (0-1) and was just overtaken by Juve and Roma (leaving the Champions League).
Spezia has collected only 2 points after the incredible 2-0 trimmed to Milan (2nd), moreover at home against Parma (2-2) and Benevento (1-1). However, the newly promoted player had 2 more days to prepare for this advance, after hitting a good pair of sleepers last Saturday. The Italian team have badly lost their last 2 away games (3-0 against Juve and Fiorentina), but have already conquered Rome and Naples this season.

Match to win for both, as both are 7 points behind their target !
Lazio have in fact 7 points behind Roma (and from 4th place), after 2 KOs in a row against Bologna (2-0) and Juve. Apart from Reina, I paradoxically liked Lazio in Turin (3-1 in comeback for Juve), where Immobile was left dry for yet another match. Also Wednesday Inzaghi will say Bay-Bay to the Champions League (Bayern guest in the second leg of the second round).
After 7 KOs in a row (5-1 in the last away match, against Atalanta), Crotone beat Torino last Sunday (4-2), when Simy scored the 1st goal of the clash relegation. Ounas scored a goal and Cosmi won in the first home game, but the Pythagoreans never won away from home, always losing in the last 7 away games (conceding 25 goals)!
Lazio will never overturn Bayern, but they must at least try to win this game with handicap, just to make sense of their trip to Bavaria. Open / Comment
