Monero is resistant to all 3 of these attacks.
1. Iran can't tell where the Monero came from. They can tell where the Bitcoin came from.
2. Mining pools can't censor specific Monero transactions. They can censor specific Bitcoin transactions because Bitcoin is not fungible.
