Just so everyone gets it, the feral Black on the left, Devin Dunham, shot the White man on the right Ernest Martin Stevens, who was 77 years old.
Dunham was carjacking Stevens and Stevens tried to drive away. Dunham shot him. Multiple people saw the shooting. Ballistics evidence and footprints proved Dunham shot Stevens. Dunham confessed to shooting Stevens in 2017.
Dunham was just found
not guilty of murder because, according to his defense attorney, his confession doesn't count because he is "not a good communicator" and he shot because he "felt threatened" and was in a "blind panic" that Stevens was not going to give him a ride.
The jury accepted this argument.
Black people are now legally allowed to murder Whites in America.
