Southwest GROUNDS ENTIRE U.S. fleet after SECOND DAY of tech glitches
After problems with their weather system Monday - that were reported as resolved - Southwest Airlines have now GROUNDED all flights as errors continued TODAY.
It is not clear if the new glitches are the same as yesterday's, although mass customer service errors also left customers ENRAGED.
