Fight the urge to fap no matter what. The temptations can be great and when you let in one sin, it becomes easier to let in other sin. I find it helps to think of it as not something you are doing (fighting the urge) but instead as something you aren’t doing (fapping). I think it’s easier for our brains to deal with not doing something. Like sitting on the couch vs working out. When you choose to sit on the couch, you are choosing to do nothing. I dunno if that makes sense
