That was the venue for the latest iteration of EPT Sochi and it attracted a record field of 852 entries. The largest field ever for EPT Sochi.
The winner of the
₽175,000 Main Event was established professional Artur Martirosyan, known as “mararthur1” online, who took down a first prize of ₽24.633, which is roughly
$325,000.
“I have always wanted to win the EPT title,” the 23-year-old winner said. “The trophy has such a cool design – it was one of the reasons why I did not think of cutting a deal.”
