This is quite a significant victory for my home state. US District Judge of San Diego Roger Benitez overturned the 30 year long ban on "assault" weapons, but the state attorney general Rob Bonta still has 30 days to appeal the decision.
Naturally, the shitlib governor Gayvin Newscum's throwing a temper tantrum calling Benitez's decision "a direct threat to public safety and the lives of innocent Californians, period." I hope you get raped and murdered by a nigger or an illegal spic, you piece of shit.
