Severe fires are raging in the Russian Federation

In the Kurgan region, the death toll in fires reached six people, dozens of buildings were destroyed by fire. Two IL-76 aircraft in the COP are involved to help in extinguishing.

In the Sverdlovsk region, the area of fires reached 54 thousand hectares.
(for comparison, the area of Belgium is 30 thousand hectares)

In the Tyumen region, one person died while extinguishing a fire, an emergency mode was introduced there.

Local authorities report that the area of fires is growing now in other regions of the Urals and Western Siberia.
