In the US, a womb-shaped breakfast cereal was released so that the female reproductive system could be discussed during breakfast.

Flakes called Period Crunch are raspberry flavored, bright red in color and shaped like a womb.

As the manufacturing company Intimia explains, the product was created so that menstruation could be discussed in the family circle. To do this, the box featured conversation prompts and a diagram of the female reproductive system so that people could identify where the uterus is in the body.
