According to one William of Ninges:
Well poisoning appeared in 
Franconia in 1319[1], the Jews being accused of spreading  leprosy. 
It reappeared in 1321 in the Dauphiné,and in Chinon where 160 Jews were burned[]. He recounts what was said at the time about a vast alleged conspiracy between the Jews, the lepers,and even the Muslim king of Granada.
