National Consumer Rights Day
राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता दिवस Day provides an opportunity for individuals to highlight the importance of the consumer movement and the need to make every consumer more aware of their rights and responsibilities.
On December 24, 1986,
Consumer Protection Act 1986 received the approval of the President of India and hence, came into force.
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 has been implemented in India since
20th July 2020. It has replaced Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
