These Things Worked for me :::---
* Deleting all Social Media Apps ( Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Reddit, etc ). Can use Telegram for Nofap Group.
* Not Surfing Google for Timepass and Taking Irrelevant Information.
* Limiting YouTube Usage, Using it with Discipline for Meditation Music.
* If you are hardcore Addict then u will also get urge when u see really beautiful woman in your city... Remember when u see such woman you should never Double Glance (Ignoring second glance) her...that will flow you into a relapse.
* Psychologically, we tend to get these addiction because we don't have any goal in our life......Find it. It can be your childhood dream.
* Deleting all games from mobile and laptop had worked wonders for me. Games are middle bridge in our celibacy and relapse. It stimulates dopamine and it can't satisfy us anymore so we go towards PMO...
